Information on Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The period for exercising the right of withdrawal will expire 14 days after the date of receipt of the goods. If the end of this period falls on a public holiday officially designated by the state, the right of withdrawal may be exercised until the next business day following the end of the period (inclusive).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us—SIA “SPA SERVISA CENTRS,” Ulbrokas iela 34C, Riga, LV-1021, phone +371 26149144, email birojs@spa-serviss.lv —of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use this withdrawal form.

To ensure that the withdrawal period is observed, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we were notified of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made via bank transfer, just as the original payment was, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees in connection with such a refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or until you have provided proof that the items have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods or deliver them to SIA “SPA SERVISA CENTRS,” Ulbrokas iela 34C, Riga, LV-1021, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline will be met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.

You will be responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the goods (the maximum cost, if the item cannot be returned by mail—for example, pool filters on a pallet, could be approximately 60–120 EUR).

You are liable only for any decrease in the value of the goods if they were used for purposes other than determining the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The goods may be used for inspection purposes only to the extent that this would be possible in a store.
